Soft Cup Cake

Ingredients  Soft Cup Cake

  • 100 grams of rice tape/cassava
  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 50 ml coconut water
  • Ingredients II:
  • 150 g rice flour
  • 30 grams of flour sago
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Dye red, greenand Brown
How to make a Soft Cup Cake

Combine and mix well ingredients 1 for 15 minutes. Let stand overnight or at least 3 hours
Mix rice flour, flour sago, watergranulated sugar, baking powder, and 1. Process into a blender until creamy. Strain. Divide into 3 parts, each one give the dye red, green,and Brown
Heat the water in a steamer/steamer. Insert cutter into small bowl that had beensmeared with oil and let it heat for a short while until the mold. Pour the batter into the mold of great into fire, steamed for 15 minutes until cooked and cracking
Lift, remove from molds. Let it cool
Serve

The process of making this Soft Cup Cake  was rather long because we had to wait for the dough ingredients 1 blends in perfectly and fermented, but the stages of its creationis not complicated kok because we only need to mix-mix ingredients only.
